Storage Unit Rental FAQ
Where is your mini storage located?
Our storage facility address is 2543 Old Railroad Bed Road Harvest, Alabama 35749. Our self storage facility is located directly behind the Shop Rite grocery store.
What size storage units are for rent?

How much do your storage units for rent cost?
For storage unit prices, please visit the 'Our Units' page.
Do you have any discounts or special offers?
Yes, we offer a move-in special to all first-time renters. Our move-in special gives a discounted price for the first month's rent. For the first month only you can rent any size self storage unit for $49 or a climate controlled self storage unit for $69. Note, there is always a $20 admin fee.
Why am I being charged an admin fee?
The administrative fee is $20 per unit and is payable upon move in. It is non-refundable fee that covers paperwork and rental of security lock.
Do you offer climate controlled storage units?
Yes, we offer 6x6, 10x13 and 15x20 climate control storage units.
What self storage units are currently available?
Our self storage unit availability is constantly changing. In order to get the most up-to-date information on which units are available, please call Rod at 256-830-2555.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, electronic checks, money orders, automatic withdrawals, Visa and MasterCard. Once you have signed your lease, you will be given access to pay your bill online if you so choose.
CAN I RENT A SELF STORAGE UNIT FOR JUST ONE MONTH?
Yes, all our units are rented on a month-to-month basis.

IS YOUR FACILITY GATED?
Yes, our facility has an electronic gate that stays closed at all times. Customers will be provided an access code after signing their lease.
I am a customer, HOW DO I GET INTO THE GATE AFTER HOURS?
You may gain access to our facility with an access code that will be provided to you after you have turned in your paperwork and paid your first month's rent. This access code will allow you to enter the facility and access your mini storage unit at any time.
DOES YOUR FACILITY HAVE ADEQUATE LIGHTING?
Yes, our facility is outfitted with light posts throughout.
DO YOU ACCEPT DELIVERIES?
No, we do not accept deliveries at this time.
DO YOU HAVE SOMEONE ON SITE AT ALL TIMES?
No, we do not have someone on site at all times. However, our facility is monitored by security cameras at all times. If you need assistance, we meet customers on site by appointment. To set up an appointment, please call Rod at 256-830-2555.
DO YOU HAVE COVERED PARKING?
No, we do not have covered parking at this time.
