Storage Rental Procedure 

Renting a unit at our facility is easy. The steps listed below will enable a seamless experience when renting a unit from Harvest Self Storage.

1.     Now that you have found our website, take a look around. Many initial questions can be answered by reading the pages found on our website. Visit the ‘FAQ’ page for an extensive list of frequently asked questions and answers.

2.     To rent a unit, call 256-830-2555 to speak with a representative. They will explain the renting procedure, review sizing and pricing information, and provide you with a list of units currently available. When you are ready to rent, rental applications are available for pick up on location or we can send an email with a digital rental application. You can complete your paperwork on site, or take it home to complete at your convenience.

3.     Once complete, you may drop off your rental application in the mail slot at the office or email it back to us. Once you return the rental application, you will be given an access code to our electronic gate, which will allow you to access our facility at any time.

4.     You must pay the first month’s rent and a $25 administrative fee upon move in. Depending on when you move in, your rent will be pro rated. Once you have been assigned a unit and completed a rental application, you can move in at any time.

5.     After the first month, your monthly price will adjust in accordance with the regular prices of our units. You may find pricing information by visiting the ‘Our Units’ page. You may pay your rent each month by cash, check, electronic check, money order, automatic withdrawal, Visa or MasterCard.

6.     When you no longer need our services, we ask that you send a 30-day written notice before moving out to harvestselfstorage@gmail.com. You must be moved out of your unit by the last day of the month.
